1st – 8th Grade
With a strong focus on play, fun, and making friends, this age-specific boys basketball program has a curriculum based on child development. CRS boys basketball coaches and families work together to progress the players’ social, emotional, and physical skills. Our boys basketball programs are designed to be an introduction for boys who are beginners while building skills and self-confidence for more advanced participants.

Chicago Rec League – Boys Street Basketball
3rd – 8th Grade
Chicago Rec Sports is excited to introduce Chicago Rec League (CRL) for boys basketball. This league will be played outdoors (street style) and encourages players to join in on the fun, competition and camaraderie, while showcasing their skills. This league will implement a structured approach with refereed games with age/grade and skill matched players.
The hoops at Dunbar Park are street height, which may not be appropriate for all 3rd-4th graders. For this reason, please consider your players skill level before registering for the CRL outdoor street basketball league.
